What level of baking experience is required to enroll?

All courses list a clear prerequisite level. Beginners start with Fundamentals, while Advanced courses require demonstrated comfort with dough handling and overnight fermentation.

Do I need a home oven or professional equipment?

A domestic oven is sufficient. We provide exact settings and steam techniques that work for both home and commercial equipment.

How long does it take to build a reliable sourdough starter?

With our daily feed schedule and temperature guidance, most students reach a stable, active starter within 7–10 days.

Are certificates issued upon completion?

Yes. Every finished course awards a digital certificate with your name, course title, and completion date.

What is your refund policy?

Digital courses may be refunded within 14 days if less than 25% of content has been viewed. Physical kits follow separate product return windows.

Can I access materials offline?

Yes. All videos and PDFs can be downloaded for offline study after purchase.

How often are new formulas released?

We publish seasonal collections every quarter and add individual formulas monthly based on studio testing.
